How do I buy a ticket?
Open the event page, pick a ticket type (and seats if the event has a seat map), add to cart, and check out. After payment your tickets appear in My Account → My Tickets.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — up to 72 hours before the event. Request a refund from your order page.
How do I show my ticket at the venue?
Each ticket has a QR code in My Tickets. Show the QR code on your phone, or download the PDF.
